I've never been one for talking about what I am grateful for...

  1. This is wonderful! We can feel unsafe putting down our armor (our attachment to what's happened in the past, bracing ourselves for the future) in order to feel present-moment-gratitude. I always say to myself: hey, after ten minutes or so of gratitude, I can always pick that armor back up again if I like. But I often don't. Keep going with the gratitude!! It can melt anything that is no longer present. xo

  5. Audrey, this is so beautiful and bizarre! Last night I thought the same exact thing and made a very similar list... minus the adorable drawings! We are so in sync!!! I love you!!
