I OBJECT!

 

I OBJECT! I object to everything being done to our Country (USA) and to the people in it by the current administration. It's a travesty! Some of it is against the law. Some of it is outright cruel and inhumane. To say I'm angry would be an understatement.

I've contacted my Senators and Congressional Representatives and I hope to God they take strong action. No waiting for the  midterms in two years. Take action NOW!

I lovingly let go of all that does not serve my musculoskeletal health.

Letting go of: emotional armor, physical armor, stress, tension, cramps, tremors,

degeneration, pain

The preciousness of hands

 

Hands are precious. We have two, one or none and that's all we're gonna get.

They allow us to do so much: 

lift, grip, hold, mold, squeeze, pinch, wash, dry write, type, draw, paint, build, play instruments, scratch, snap, smooth, chop, cut, brush, comb, open, shut, lock, twist

Without them we could do none of these things. 

I have osteoarthritis in my hands. The pain makes doing these things difficult, sometimes impossible.

I love my hands. I do not take them for granted. Don't take yours for granted. They are precious.
